Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller for the Products. This means you purchase the Products from Lemon Squeezy, while the Supplier (the original creator) grants you the license to use them.
When you place an order on PulseFabriq.com, you are entering into a binding “click-wrap” agreement. Before checkout, you will be asked to confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms (usually by checking a box or clicking an icon). You cannot complete your order without providing this affirmative consent. By doing so, you form a legally binding contract with Lemon Squeezy.
All sales are final. PulseFabriq.com does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any purchased Products. Because our Products are digital downloads, once you receive access they cannot be returned. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds or returns will be provided under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the content, technical issues on your end, or changes in your personal circumstances. This policy helps us maintain fair pricing and protects our digital products from abuse.
We strive to provide high-quality Products, but your use of our services and Products is at your own risk. Everything is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Lemon Squeezy and the Supplier disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Products will meet your specific needs, be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses. Any material you download is accessed at your own discretion and risk, and you are responsible for any damage to your devices.
Our total liability for any claims related to these Terms or your purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Product. Under no circumstances will Lemon Squeezy, its team, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (such as loss of profits or data).
Legal claims must be filed within one (1) year of the event, or they are waived. If you’re unhappy with the service, your only remedy is to stop using it. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
You agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes. We accept various secure payment methods shown at checkout. By placing your order, you provide an electronic signature (e.g., by typing your name or checking a box) confirming your details are accurate and that you accept these Terms. This is legally valid under applicable electronic transaction laws.
After your purchase, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provided. Please ensure your email is correct and that our messages are not going to spam. Allow a reasonable time for processing.
Our Products are delivered as digital downloads. Unless stated otherwise in the product description, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual license to use the purchased audio samples and sounds for both personal and commercial purposes (e.g., in your music productions), as long as you follow these Terms.

Rights are granted only after full payment. Any early/preview access does not transfer ownership or full rights.
Using our Products to train AI models or uploading them to AI generation services is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the Supplier.
Prices include applicable taxes where required. For international purchases outside the EU, you may be responsible for additional fees (bank charges, currency conversion, etc.). All invoices and receipts are sent electronically by email. Please keep your billing information up to date.
If you experience any payment issue, please contact us first at office@pulsefabriq.com before disputing the charge with your bank or card provider. Unauthorized or frivolous chargebacks may result in a €100 EUR liquidated damage fee per incident and/or suspension of your ability to make future purchases.
If you breach these Terms (or we reasonably suspect a breach), we may immediately terminate the agreement, revoke your license, and/or charge the €100 EUR fee mentioned above. You remain responsible for any outstanding amounts.
All content on PulseFabriq.com, including audio samples, designs, logos, and text, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
